After all, a stable foundation represents the basis for a successful future. The realistic visualisation of three-dimensional components made of flexible materials is often not easy, even for the best constructors with state-of-the-art software.
But even with simpler projects and new machines, we are often in close contact with the customer right from the start and are happy to provide support with our expertise in heavy fabric manufacturing. The parts adapted to new mowers are drawn in our construction department and the corresponding data is sent to the respective customer.
In addition, data supplied by customers is revised and configured for our manufacturing process. The punching and welding tools required in production are also designed in-house and then built in our metalworking department.
In manufacturing, the various materials are first punched or cut to size on CNC cutters. This is followed by further processing using various welding technologies as well as the insertion of straps, eyelets, strings or other equipment.
